
Howard Berger is the Supervisor of the Prince George’s County Planning Department/M-NCPPC Historic Preservation Section. Mr. Berger has been employed by M-NCPPC since 1988 and has extensive experience with all aspects of preservation planning.
Mr. Berger is a graduate of Hamilton College (B.A. in Government) and has done graduate work in historic preservation at The George Washington University’s American Studies program. He has been active in numerous non-profit preservation organizations including the Sheridan-Kalorama Historical Association, Inc.; The Friends of Alice Pike Barney Studio House, Inc.; and as a long time board member and volunteer for the DC Preservation League.
