Designating a historic site can be complex and overwhelming, as there are many aspects to consider when evaluating a site for historic designation. Luckily, there are plenty of useful resources that can help homeowners and other individuals interested in preservation.
This presentation, led by DCPL’s Community Outreach and Grants Manager Zach Burt, will provide attendees with an overview of Washington, DC’s historic landmark designation process, the DC Inventory of Historic Sites, and the National Register of Historic Places.
